How do I make my ulta and covergirl foundation look more real?

I have both of these but i dont use them both at the same time. Hahah but i just want to make it less fake looking.... any tips?

You should wash you face first and moisturize of course.





If you're already doing that...are you wearing the right shade? And how are you blending it? If you're sure it's the right shade, blend with a foundation brush or damp wedge towards your hair line. Here's a good tutorial:
