ok well i usually put my eyeliner on kinda the inside of my bottom eyelid. im having trouble putting it on. do you use this and put it in the inside of your bottom lid? if so, how? thanks!Kinda a stupid question, but how do you put on covergirl perfect point plus eyeliner?
Hmmm...Well this isn't really a stupid question. I put it on the bottom. You just lightly pull down underneath the bottom of your eye. On the water line you just run your eyeliner across it. If that doesn't work for you just keep your eye normal...Don't pull it. Then you just take your eyeliner and lightly draw in that line right above your eyelashes.
