Is it not working for everyone right now, or is it just me? When i try to go on it, it says ';Forbidden (403)

I don't know why it doesn't work, but I don't use CoverGirl anymore because they continue to test their products on animals. You can go to http://www.caringconsumer.com and see the full lists of companies that do and don't test on animals.
