Do the Covergirl Eyelights eyeshadows actually work?
I have brown eyes and just bought the eyeshadow pallet for brown eyes but now I'm considering returning it. Should I? Even if it doesn't make my eyes brighter, are the eyeshadows good quality? I like the colors so I might keep it just for that.Do the Covergirl Eyelights eyeshadows actually work?
