Does covergirl or Mabeline cover up your redness?

Does it actually cover it and doesn't dry off or come off.Does covergirl or Mabeline cover up your redness?
Don't use green concealer. This is something that is used by makeup artists or those who have port wine stains or birthmarks (and should only be used by those who really know what they are doing), but if you break out the green concealer then be prepared to not only cover the red with the green but then you also have to fix the green. Everyday people just need a good product that really works covering redness. A foundation that is high in zinc oxide and titanium dioxide would be a good choice as they not only cover redness but are anti-inflammatory so they help soothe redness at the same time. I personally use Faerie Organic's Mineral Makeup on all my clientele as it really does the job on covering redness (due to the zinc and titanium) and it stays put. Check out the refernce photo of the girl with the red face on their homepage. They also have free sample kits so you can even try it out first and see if you like it. I personally think it's exactly what you are looking for. Their website is http://www.faerieorganic.comDoes covergirl or Mabeline cover up your redness?
If you have redness you need a concealer FIRST in green. The green neutralizes the redness in the skin..you then apply your foundation of the brand of your choosing...both Maybelline and Covergirl are fine. Just make sure you buy the right formula for your skin..Oily skin=oily skin formula, Dry skin skin= dry skin formula, etc....and also the right shade. Use(try) along the jawline or the inside of your wrist to get the right shade...once blended in, you should not see any line or difference, to know you have the right shade. Sally Hansen now has a ';CARMINDY'; line that has a terrific green concealer, it runs about $7-9 and works wonders on redness.
Well it depends on if your using cover up or concealor concealor from cover girl works better, get the liquid kind, it's way better. Cover up can get dry and flaky if you put to much on and no one wants that!
