Does the Covergirl exact eye lights mascara work for blue eyes?

I've heard bad reviews for those with eye colors other than blue, but have heard that the blue happens to work better? If you have blue eyes, have you tried it? Would you recommend it? I'm not trying to spend $8 on something ordinary.





Also, my eyes are blue around the borders, but have flecks of green in the center. Should I use it if my eyes aren't primarily blue? They're not really one color (blue or green) over the other.Does the Covergirl exact eye lights mascara work for blue eyes?
Maybe every eye lash should be a different color or texture mascara to match your unique color eyes(some girls name their eyelashes they love them so much). Just a ';weird'; thought. I think your hair color should be taken into consideration too. I'm sure it would work, but don't worry, most people don't pay a whole lot of attention to eyelashes(unless you really want them to get noticed). Maybe some unique sparkles of green would be nice for eye shadow or around the eyes. Whatever best represents that inner sparkle is best and whatever makes you more ';you'; is something you should do. It's a shame I'm the only person who has answered this so far.
